THE CALL UP - CHARGE FEE

Call up charge fee is to be paid:
1. When requesting for the Engineering Team to visit site after installation has been concluded and working perfectly.

2. Requesting the Engineering team for inspection, either for an existing installation or new installation.

3. Requesting the Engineering team for repair.

Kindly note that the cost of repair if need be is not included in the call up charge fee.

- Call up charge fee is to be paid to company account, not to engineering team.

- Call of charge fee is minimum amount of N15,000.00 depending on location and nature of request.

INSTALLATIONS

- All installations within Lagos will be done within 24hours to 48hours after payment is confirmed.

- All installations outside Lagos state would be done at a agreed date between the client and the company, a minimum of 48hours after payment is confirmed.

- A 100% payment is required for installations to take place and a receipt will be issued once payment is confirmed..

PAYMENT

- After order is made and payment is confirmed, there is no refundable option.
